Charlotte

Charlotte is a White British woman in her early twenties currently studying towards a degree. After spending her teenage years in a children’s home, Charlotte moved to semi-independent living and now happily lives on her own. Clips read by an actor.

Chloe

Chloe is a White British woman in her early twenties who is currently a full-time university student studying for her degree.  

Daisy

Daisy is a Black British woman in her early twenties currently working toward a  degree. Daisy’s experience of care was unusual as she entered the care system in her late teenage years.  

Elle

Elle is a White British woman in her early twenties. She spent most of her teenage years in the care system, and felt she received very little support in her transition to independence. She now works full-time and lives on her own in rented accommodation. Clips read by an actor.

Hussain

Hussain is a Pakistani British man in his early twenties, currently working towards a degree.  Clips read by an actor.

Laks

Laks is an Indian/White British woman in her early twenties. She is currently studying for a degree. 

Leilani

Leilani is an Asian British woman in her early twenties who spent most of her childhood in the care system. She is now in full-time education at university and hopes to pursue her studies after the completion of her first degree. 

Megan

Megan is a 20-year-old White British woman, who lives with her partner. She is currently completing a degree.  Clips read by an actor.

Wren

Wren is a White British woman in her early twenties, currently studying towards a degree. Wren spent over 10 years in the care system before moving to independence at the age of 18.
