Fiyori came to the UK as a refugee from East Africa and has recently left the care system.
Helen

Lilah is a White British woman who has recently left the care system. She is now waiting for her university course to start.
Mohamed
Mohamed is a Muslim Black African young man in his late teens. He arrived in the UK as an asylum seeker and had a very difficult experience in and out of the care system due to an age dispute. Clips are read by an actor.
Ninna
Ninna is a Peruvian woman in her late teens who spent most of her adolescence in the care system. Nina now lives with her carer who she met during her time in a children’s home, and who has been a strong advocate for her throughout her transition out of care.
Robyn
Robyn is a White British woman in her late teens. Her transition out of care was a complicated one, and she had to move in with family.
Winta
Winta came to the UK in her late teens, as an asylum seeker from East Africa. She is preparing to leave the care system and go to university.
