Useful resources for ‘Better Care Moves’
The Better Care Moves team has categorised a diverse range of useful resources, offering further information on various aspects of care moves. These include guides on the types of accommodation available, guides to the moving in process, financial guides and further information on working with people with protected characteristics. The Better Care Moves team has also developed a one-page summary of key messages from the co-produced research, along with a two-page policy brief for social care staff and managers that provides practical tips for improving move-related practices.
